• First of all, All of our devices are checked before leaving to customer. So there are minor chances
  • You can raise a request for return if you found your device damaged, incorrect, incomplete or missing at the time of delivery. Return request can be raised within “21Days”.
  • Return request is subjected company policy.
  • Customer will be charged for Re-shipping of the device.
  • A change of mind is not acceptable.

Valid Causes for Return Acceptance

  • We welcome your return if you get the delivered device “Physically damaged, broken/ defective”.
  • If the delivered device is not with mentioned accessories.
  • If the delivered device is with the wrong “device, size, colour.”
  • If the delivered device is opposite the given description, in the picture, or advertisement

Return Conditions

  • The device should be unused, unharmed, and be without any flaw.
  • All accessories, tags, user manuals, and invoices should be along with the device.
  • Device should be returned in the original and undamaged same packaging.
  • Avoid putting tape and stickers on the original packaging.

NOTE: Remember to mention the order number and return tracking id on the return package to make it fast and convenient for the return procedure.
